Jeff Civian developed, built, and owns REACH-CSC, LLC, a hangar at Santa Rosa, California’s Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport. The hangar has provided REACH Mediplane pilots and nurses with various facilities since 2004. In addition, Jeff Civian gained extensive development, construction, and property management experience during his time in California’s assisted living industry. He spent 10 years as the vice president of Oakmont Developers, a senior residential community master plan and construction services provider. He subsequently spent 21 years in leadership positions at Oakmont Senior Living and Aegis Assisted Living.
